Welcome to this Morley Piano and Harpsichord Web site from where ever you are, we hope to give you a brief description of our wide range of fine pianos, harpsichords and other keyboard instruments which the company has made, imported and restored.

Most of our instruments remain in London or Southern England however a good number are shipped to other parts of Great Britain. Europe and the USA and occasionally to as far away as Taiwan or the Falkland Isles.

Robert Morley & Company was established at Lewisham in 1881 and made pianos until 1960 when production was discontinued in favour of John Morley traditional Early Keyboard instruments including Harpsichords, Spinets, Virginals, clavichord and Fortepianos using traditional materials based on original 18 th Century instruments. John Morley also make Celestes.

For over one hundred years Robert Morley & Company have offered fine pianos by other makers, Currently we concentrate on the importation and direct sale of Grotrian-Steinweg, Bechstein, Zimmermann, Hoffmann, Elysian and Monington & Weston upright and grand pianos. The Morley factory is extensive with showrooms and workshops for the sale, construction, restoration and repair of antique, modern, new and second hand pianos, early keyboard instruments and antique harps.

Rental is available in London on all instruments in stock from the smallest clavichord to a full concert grand, Robert Morley and Co. Ltd. offer a home rental scheme on pianos or early keyboard instruments prices available on request, subject to specification and availability, prices start from £30 per month with the opportunity to purchase at the end of twelve months at a special price (minimum period one year).
