Julian is both classically trained and self taught in jazz, and has a wealth of experience to bring to each performance. His early musical career included work on cruise ships, and a residency as Musical Director of a five piece band at the prestigious Annabelle Hotel in Cyprus. Here, Julian accompanied Katy Setterfield, recent winner of BBC 1's 'The One and Only' as Dusty Springfield.

Julian and Emma broaden the Songbook theme to include a range of material spanning 9 decades, with songs lending themselves perfectly to the sophistication of a pianist and singer- Burt Bacharach, the Carpenters, Oleta Adams and Nora Jones, to name but a few.
