David played for us at a ball I recently organised and he was absolutely great. David played a wide variety of different music suitable for everyone and he really made the evening a complete success. I would recommend him to anyone.

David recently played for our wedding breakfast in Cambridgeshire. He has been more than accomodating in helping us with this element of our special day. Prior to our wedding day, David allowed us to visit him at home to talk through his repertoire with him, and so that he could play for us on his portable piano. On the day itself David was brilliant. He played just the right balance and contrast of popular and classic tunes, making the meal just that little bit more special. Our wedding speeches were delayed slightly at the end of the meal, and David continued playing past the time we had paid him for, for no extra cost, to bridge the gap in proceedings. Throughout David has been professional, very personable and an excellent pianist. Highly recommended.

We had David play at our wedding recently. David was extremely helpful to us regarding our choice of music and all our guests commented on how they enjoyed listening to him.

David Setchell is a fantastic pianist, he played a wide range of music at our wedding and was sensitive to all my requests; it was a pleasure to have him as a part of our special day. Reasonably priced in comparison to others too!

David played for our wedding in July 2007, at new Hall in Cambridge, and just perfected the day. He really made it special, and personal, for us, and all of our guests have commented on how much his music added to the occasion.
David took the time to listen to what we wanted, made some great suggestions, and judged the atmosphere of the reception exactly.
I was actually a bit upset that it was such a sunny day, because those who sat outside did not get the full benefit of his music!
