When I had music (violin) lessons as a child I developed the skill of assessing the intonation by reading the reaction on my teacher’s face rather than learning to listen to the sound I was making.Wink One day this showed things were worse than usual, although it sounded OK to me! With my confidence rapidly deserting me, I struggled on a through a few more bars, but the look on my teacher’s face turned to agony. So I ground to a halt only to find the cause of my teacher’s discomfort was not my playing, but that he had got his foot stuck under the piano stool! Embarassed Feeling a failure I gave up. Which was something I regret as it was beging to click and my teacher lost a student.Crying or Very sad

Very Happy So I would like to draw your attention to Very Happy [url]www.hofnote.co.uk

Let me know what you think of this online aural training facility which works in harmony with music teachers
