I have just become heir to a Erste Productiv-Genossencehaft piano. It was built in Wien and the number is Opus 6455. I was wondering if you could help me with the year in which it was built. Thanks.

All I can tell you is that Erste Produktiv - Genossenschaft was established in Vienna in 1873 by former employees of Bösendorfer and remained in business until 1952.
