I have recently moved to the area and am looking to get an upright as we now have space in our new flat.

Unfortunately, due to being a student, I am not in a position to pay a lot!

Ideally it will be in good condition, both regularly used and tuned with all keys and pedals in good working order.

If you have a piano that is taking up space and not being used, or are moving house and won't have room for it in your new house, let me know!
