Anyone come across this Train the Trainer as a teaching qualification for piano

I'm aware that there is a Train the Trainer program that focuses on training business men to achieve their potential in whatever firm or corperation they are working for as well as business and staff development. This has no association with music or education as such, though... Confused

Aside to this, there is an incentive in action around England and Wales organised by the local LEAs and Trinity College Of Music called "Key Stage 2 Music: Continuing Professional Development Programme". It gives training and support for school teachers.
