Looking for some history on an upright piano that sits in my Aunts house.

Its got "Cahn & Cahn, London" printed on it. I've done all the internet searches, and can't find any reference.

I would imagine that the piano will be 70+ years old.

The vast majority of piano names are not listed on the net. Cahn & Cahn were in business either side of the 1914 war, but disappeared in the twenties, so it's probably more like 90 years old at a guess, without seeing photos.

Thanks for the response.

My next question is... Is it worth anything? Or - would it be of interest to anyone?
Unfortunately my Aunt has been taken into care, so I am clearing the house. No-one in the family is interested in taking the piano. (I hear my Mum mention the AXE word)

Visually it looks in excellent condition. I am not musical - so don't know if it is in tune or not, but every key 'makes a noise'
