Hi, I'm looking to upgrade to a new or nearly new steinway in the near future, and I'm looking at models M to B inclusive.

I read that the RRP varies from &38990 for the M to &51990 for the B.

Can anyone offer some advice as to:
1. The kind of prices I'd be able to order new pianos at
2. The likely price of used models, especially the model A (0-20 years old)
3. Any dealers who primarily deal with new and nearly new steinways, as I am not interested in restored pianos

New Steinways are not normally discounted the same way as say Yamahas However, what you do get is selling off of ex demo and Leeds piano Comp pianos.

has a stock of uses S&S also Steinway Hall in London that would be the first port off call – then look at some of the Big Dealers in Steinways like Shackell Pianos they do get in 15 - 20 year old pianos in

Have you thought of the USA with the price of the pound so high you should get more bang for your buck as the Yanks would say and shipping from the US is about 2K you would have the expense of going to look at the pianos as well
