| We are contemplating selling our Grotrian Steinweg but don't really know the best way to go about it or how to find out what its possible value might be. Any suggestions on how to proceed gratefully accepted! It is in good condition and is tuned regularly. |

The first person to ask is your piano tuner he/she will know the piano and know the local market……
We don’t even know what part of the world you live in. There are many website for selling pianos if you live in the UK then there are two sites this one for free and VP who take a percentage.

Hi,
this is the sort of piano I'm looking for. I'm not ready to buy just yet (need to build an extension to the room, first) but I've been keeping an eye on the likely market for a while now.
As and when you may decide to offer the piano for sale, I'd be interested to hear from you (assuming you and the piano are in the UK), and perhaps make arrangements to see the piano.
you can email me on
stevedickinson@btopenworld.com
regards,
Steve |
