My husband has found an Erard for sale, approximately 7ft long, grand piano style. I think it's a London one, there is a nameplate above the keyboard. We havent seen the model number (didnt know where to look)

We don't know much about pianos, but it seems in very good condition, although out of tune.

Can anyone offer advice on if there can be any problems associated with these pianos, for example, will it be able to be tuned?

Does $3,800 ($Australian Dollars) sound like a bargain?
Appreciate any advice anyone can offer!
