I want to go busking. Is there a good keyboard that takes batteries. One that has the full set of keys. Or is there some other way to power up a stage piano that doesn't require some huge electricity generator.

It would eat up batters some shopping centres set out a pitch's for some buskers you could ask and then tap in to the shopping centres power supply.
or set up outside a charity shop run a lead from them and offer them a fee or a percentage of the takings

Indeed keyboards do eat batteries as last year I was asked to play for a local event and my mains adaptor packed up, so I went and bought batteries for the event but after an hour or so, they were not at their best. I'd go with Barrie's suggestions.
