I have an old square grand piano that belonged to my grandmother. It is in need of restoration. I have considerable experience in antique restoration and refinishing and plan on restoring the wooden portions of this piano myself. The only information I have been able to find on the piano about the manufacturer is "Guilford & Wood, Boston" above the center of the keyboard and the numbers "26734" stenciled to the wood below the strings inside the piano.

Has anyone heard of this manufacturer? Where can I look for more info about this piano's age etc.?
