Hi,
i just started playing piano well um, keyboard i have a psr 290(61 key) i bought earliar this year. Lately i;ve been looking into digital pianos, at least 88keys, and 3 pedals. I live in Canada and my budget is around 3100$ max. Even then i have to wait a month longer to get the money from working. The choices i have been leaning towards is the Roland HP 3, and the Yamaha CLP 130. I called a dealer in downtown and they told me that the yamaha's are no good, and like they're price is high. He had a the roland hp 3 for 2699$ cnd without tax. I called another store they carried Yamaha's they said the regular price for the clp 130 is 2999$ but they're having a special and its under 2700$. I've been searching on the net for reviews, and its very hard, i probably found none and just using the reviews where people mentioned something about these 2 models. I've seen some reviews where a person said there was a problem with overtones on the yamaha p90 which he bought and he checked the p120, and clp 130 and those ones had the same problem. I am wondering if anyone has these problems. Some other people say the sound is too bright but i find the sound on my keyboard is ok. I would like people's input on both models and if you have something similar to it would be great.
Any opinions are appreciated,

I bought a Roland HP-2E a year ago and whilst it is fine for beginners, I find the action to be quite poor. It's very light, although at the same time quite sticky so playing fast passages can be very difficult/impossible. The pedal is a simple "on/off" switch, so half-pedalling isn't possible, and the sustain that you get from simply holding a key down is nowhere near as long as with a normal piano - this makes it difficult when switch between the two.
I'm going to be upgrading to an acoustic piano soon, and I really wouldn't recommend you buying a digital piano unless you absolutely have to.
