Has anyone out there come across this chap trying to buy your piano? Any advice welcome

Hi this is the first email he sent to me. He wants to pay me more for the piano via a third party and for me then to send him money. I am sure it's a scam.....

Sorry Barry I could not find the IP address in the email

But I thought it looked a typical scam............

if you used the reply form the IP address will have been at the bottom of the email but if you just selected to just show your emails address then it will not be there

No that is only the header from Yahoo and that has come direct to you I have removed your address from the post so you don't get spammed

You will only be able to get his IP if he uses our site again to contact you but since he has your address he will not

Mite catch him if he contacts one of the dummy adds on the site
