I have a piano that was in my mother's one room school house. I have had it totally refinished and all felt pads replaced. I was wondering if you could help me put an age to it. It is a W.E. Wheelock New York Cabinet Brand Piano. The number inside of it is 17672. I know it is a Wheelock, because it is imprinted with gold lettering on the outside of the piano, and also has it stamped in a gold metal panel on the inside of the piano. Any help would be appreciated. _________________ M. Nelson |

Are they not associated with Webber Pianos? see

Can’t find any other listing for them, found some nice looking ones on the net

The number suggests 1900. _________________ I do not buy, sell or value pianos, but I sometimes rescue pre-1890 pianos in the UK.
Have a look at the Datemarks page on my own website: http://www.pianogen.org
