Hello, I have recently become the owner of a piano made by W.A. Green & Co. The serial number on the piano is 16211. I have researched this piano for a little over a month now and I have not found a single thing on it. Every tuner and piano dealer I call or email tells me that they have never heard of it. Please let me know if you have any info on this piano. Thanks for your time. _________________ Thanks,

One of many piano firms with that surname, William Alfred Green & Co. appeared around 1905 and disappeared in the thirties. Their serial numbers were around ten thousand in 1910, so your piano is probably a little later. Have a look at the Datemarks page at www.pianogen.org _________________ I do not buy, sell or value pianos, but I sometimes rescue pre-1890 pianos in the UK.

Thank you so much. It may help that I know what the W.A. stands for now too. Thanks again. _________________ Thanks,
