| We have a John Spencer & Co piano, the only number we can find is on the top of the front panel, this number 44384. Can you shed any light on this piano please. We are considering selling as the family are now grown and flying the nest, and have no idea what to ask for this piano. |

The published numbers for Spencer pianos would suggest 1908, but my estimate is nearer 1905. As for that OTHER question...
