G'day all,

Been a while since I have been here and I pologise if any of you have felt neglected and simply used as a recourse when needed.

But lets get over that and move on..LOL

I have removed almost all of the tuning pins in my early to mid 1870's Gustav Hagspiel 5'10" grand, but 8 of them are being quite recalcitrant and are refusing to join their brethren in the bits bin.

They seem to just spin around in their respective recepticals and refuse to unscrew.

Is there a tool or technique that anyone could suggest to remove these final pins?

Once again and as per usual any assistance is greatly appreciated.

a pair of locking grips on the pin turn back and forward wile puling up you may have to pack them holes if you are not changing the plank

And do it manually.

Power tools will burn the plank.
