Classically trained pianist with a passion for teaching. At twenty years old I feel that children can relate to me in a way they may find difficult with other tutors. The most important thing to me is that children learn, my lessons are fun and relaxed, examinations are optional and students can choose the music they play, no one is forced into something they do not wish to do. I have experience with children from age four and upwards and am equally happy to teach adults!
I specialise in teaching children with special educational and emotional needs, especially autism. Music lessons often provide a great release to children experiencing such difficulties.
As a rule I would require all students to have access to some sort of keyboard instrument because they need to practice. I travel to your own home to teach.
The most important thing to me is that my students enjoy their learning, and once they are one of my pupils, they have my personal assurance that I will do everything in my power to ensure this happens.
