Teaching has always been part of my professional life. I am also a concert pianist and feel that both are equally important to me. My first teaching job was at Bedales School when I was fresh out of music college. Later I taught at the "Centre for Young Musicians" in London before taking up a position at Trinity College of Music where I worked for 8 years. More recently I have been asked to adjudicate competitions and end-of-year exams at the Royal Academy of Music, Royal Northern and Guildhall. I am not only interested in training professionals however - my pupils at home range across all ages and abilities.
