I graduated from the London College of Music and Media, and taught throughout my studying. I am now specialising in teaching children but I also have a number of adult students as clients. I teach classical, popular music and jazz and also incorporate music theory into my lesson plans. I currently teach beginners to intermediate levels, and prepare pupils for ABRSM exams. I travel to students homes, or at my studio in Walthamstow.

The piano keyboard lessons last for one hour, although half hour appointments are also available. Aspects of scale work, repertoire and theory are covered.
In terms of repertoire I like to teach from a popular base. Although I do also take students through the ABRSM Syllabus where, at a suitable time, they can be submitted to sit the practical and theory exams.
I believe it is important that a student learns at their own pace but ...
