I have been teaching piano/keyboards/electric organ for 30 years. I was until recently a music teacher in Secondary Education and have enhanced CRB clearance. I teach using many different style from classic to folk and jazz covering all aspects of practical performance and related theory.
I teach in the students own home but also regularly bring pupils to my own residence so that they can get used to playing on different instruments. I currently have vacancies for week day evenings and Saturdays. My Rates are reasonable.
I teach 50 weeks of the year and allow time-off for annual and school holidays when necessary but always try to teach during the summer holiday period so that students continually make progress. I also teach students composition skills and advise on listening requirements for both GCSE and 'A' level music.
