The Gatsby opened its doors in November 2005. Since then they have become the premier destination for fine food and drink in Hertfordshire and the surrounding area.
Our reputation is founded upon attentive service and a well balanced menu using the finest ingredients. The bar offers an extensive wine, cocktail and champagne menu in a relaxed and refined environment.

10am - 11pm Monday to Thursday
10am - 12pm Friday & Saturday
12pm - 10.30pm Sunday
Resident Pianist Simon Lasky, who has performed at Claridges, The Savoy and on the QE2, plays every Thursday and Saturday evening.
